How to use

Until fully absorbed, massage cream in a circular motion with gentle pressure a three-inch band beginning at the top of the sternum down to the top of the belly. Next, similarly apply a four-inch band right under the rib cage from side to side. For maximum benefit, after application apply heat for 20-30 minutes.
