1. **Preparation of the Skin:** Begin with freshly cleaned skin by removing makeup and environmental impurities using a gentle cleanser of your choice. Follow this with deep facial cleansing, exfoliation to remove dead cells, and techniques to reduce inflammation, promote lymphatic drainage, and boost blood circulation. Use the ABSOLUTE YOUTH toner in the prescribed manner with a cotton pad. Especially as we age, the use of ABSOLUTE YOUTH toner is essential for maximizing the benefits of gua sha application, as both greatly enhance each other’s functions in detoxification, oxygen and nutrient supply, reduction of puffiness, and relaxing the muscles and fascia responsible for wrinkles and discomfort. For enhanced results, you can also massage the ABSOLUTE YOUTH toner into the skin with gua sha to facilitate deeper penetration, thus boosting its anti-inflammatory and cell-rejuvenating properties. If needed, apply the ABSOLUTE YOUTH serum afterward, followed by the application of the ABSOLUTE YOUTH cream. The cream should penetrate deeply with nano molecules, repair the superficial skin surface, and allow for smooth gliding of the gua sha tool. Use the sculpted side to slide over the mandible bone from the middle of the chin to the ear. Next, scoop all accumulated lymph and fluids from the temples, using the flat side of the gua sha to glide down the neck over the masseter muscle to the collarbone. Finally, glide the flat side of the gua sha gently down the neck from the jawline to the collarbones. **Focus Areas:** If you find tightness in specific muscles, glide over these areas a few more times to dissolve “knots,” tension, or pain. Please avoid applying strong pressure as it can stretch and irritate the skin! 4. **Consistency:** Incorporate gua sha massage into your skincare routine 2-3 times a week for optimal results. Regular use is essential for improving skin tone, texture, and overall radiance. You can also use the gua sha tool for one minute in your daily morning skincare routine to maximize skin depuffing and achieve a smooth “glass skin” appearance.
