Simply return the gently used portion, and we will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Missing or Damaged Packages If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at abbio@abbio.io. If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Fedex.com provides proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left. If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at abbio@abbio.io. We will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Shipping Orders placed on abbio.io ship via FedEx or USPS. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
