Cotton pad application is essential.

Never use cotton balls—they absorb too much product and don't provide the controlled application needed for maximum results.

Can I use this on my eye area?

Yes. Gentle enough for eye skin. Toner on cotton pad over closed lids. Cream applied with eyes
closed over lids and under eyes. Drains bags, reduces puffiness and dark circles.

Will this dry out my skin?
