You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left. If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at abbio@abbio.io. Shipping Orders placed on abbio.io ship via FedEx or USPS. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
